I created SmartWays Coaching to help global executives and expat families discover (their) smart ways towards enhanced self-awareness, resilience and fulfillment in their life and their career.
I am Sandra Neumann, a global citizen with a French passport who currently calls Germany home. I am a dedicated professional coach whose international career spans over 15 years in sales and business development roles within a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, tourism and hospitality and higher education. As a former Career Counselor and Business Development Manager at INSEAD, I have advised many executives and MBA participants, preparing them for successful career transitions and leadership roles.

About Me
Coaching Journey
1.Check
We will start by scheduling a 30 min. free of charge (online or face-to-face) chat where we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and see if the chemistry is right to engage in a coaching relationship.
2.Agree
Should you wish to be coached, we will agree on the terms and conditions of our coaching engagement. I would typically recommend that you plan to be coached over a period of at least 6 months in order for you to experience positive and lasting transformation.
3.Engage
Engaging in a coaching process means that we (both the coach and the client) engage in an open conversation that is future oriented and that brings value to your life and career.

Repatriation – a way with a lot of hurdles. This is what I felt as an expat partner coming back to Germany after4,5 years of being in China. A good friend recommend Sandra to me as a coach. I got in touch with her and as I felt that the „chemistry“ between us was right, I started to work with her.
